Gabrielle K. Tüscher

Dr. Tüscher is an internationally recognised Clinical Psychologist with over two decades of experience specialising in trauma, relational dynamics, and eating disorders, particularly among adolescents and young adults. Known for her integrative mind–body approach, she combines psychodynamic therapy with evidence-based modalities including ACT, CBT, and Family-Based Treatment (FBT) to support lasting psychological healing.

As a Board Advisor to Body Banter, Dr. Tüscher provides clinical and strategic guidance to ensure the organisation’s programmes, educational materials, and public messaging are grounded in evidence-based psychological practice. She advises on programme design related to body image and eating disorder prevention, supports safeguarding and referral protocols for young participants, and contributes to the development of partnerships with mental health and community organisations.

Through her advisory role, Dr. Tüscher helps strengthen Body Banter’s mission to foster healthier relationships with bodies, food, and self among young people.

Mônica Zionede Hall

Mônica Zionede Hall is an entrepreneur, Founder and CEO of FELIZ Consulting, where she draws on over 20 years of experience to help organizations and individuals build psychologically safe, inclusive, and high-performing teams.

A certified coach, mindfulness practitioner, and Master Facilitator in Team Psychological Safety, Mônica's expertise in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and empathetic communication aligns deeply with Body Banter's mission to empower youth voices in the critical areas of body image and mental health.

She currently serves on the board of RESOLVE Foundation in Hong Kong and is a passionate ally for various community organizations. Mônica holds a BA with First Class Honours from The University of Hong Kong and is thrilled to bring her experience and commitment to human-centered work to the Body Banter board.

On the personal side, Mônica is married, has two kids in college, and is a pickleball, sunflowers & coffee lover!

Founder & CEO of Feliz Consulting

Alicia Lui is the Founder and Interim Director of WISE. She founded WISE as a volunteer organization in 2017 with a few friends.

In 2020 WISE received its tax-exempt status and from there on, Alicia has supported WISE to develop its programs to support underserved communities in Hong Kong to have access to sports and physical activity.

Alicia is an avid sports person and enjoys all kinds of sports. She has played ultimate frisbee for 20 years, and has recently entered into different types of competitions such as powerlifting, trail running, marathons, and even Hyrox.

Alicia obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago, and an MBA from INSEAD. She also has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from New York University - University College London (Joint Degree). She has held previous positions in financial services, management consulting, and private philanthropic foundations.

She joined the Body Banter board because its mission resonates deeply with my own experiences and values around body image and mental health. She is excited to support an up‑and‑coming organization led by a founder whose experience, vision, and drive are truly inspiring, and to help create thoughtful, accessible spaces where young people feel empowered to reflect, share, and connect with compassion.

Kathleen Poon

Kathleen is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong and previously assisted Body Banter with its charity status application. As a long-time yoga practitioner, she is passionate about the mind-body connection and hopes to join Body Banter in promoting body positivity and mental well-being.
