Body image isn’t just about how we look - it’s about how we live, lead, and communicate. At Body Banter, we provide students with the vocabulary to navigate the unique cultural and digital pressures of life in Hong Kong.
Our sessions bridge the gap between mental health research and real-life empowerment. Whether it’s a large-scale assembly addressing cultural beauty norms or an intimate workshop focused on digital agency, we equip youth with the practical skills to deconstruct unrealistic standards and use their voices for social impact.
Our workshops aim to stimulate curiosity and courage in young people, supporting them to explore body image topics on their own terms.
